Welcome to www.vidadesign-co.com ("Website"), owned and operated by Vida Design Co. LLC ("Vida Design Co.," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Website and services, you ("User," "Client," or "you") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Vida Design Co. provides virtual assistant services for interior designers, including but not limited to:

  • Design services: drafting, sourcing, client presentations, creating graphics, etc.

  • Marketing services: newsletters, blog posts, Pinterest pins, social media posts, etc.

The specific scope of services will be determined and agreed upon in a separate agreement with each client.
 

4. Payment Terms

  • Clients will be invoiced monthly for services rendered.

  • All invoices are due upon receipt.

  • We do not offer refunds.
     

5. Scope of Services

The scope of services provided will be detailed in a separate agreement between Vida Design Co. and the client. This agreement will clearly define the tasks, deliverables, and expectations for each project.
 

6. Client Expectations

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide clear and timely instructions and feedback.

  • Maintain open and professional communication.

  • Provide all necessary materials and information for the completion of services.

  • Pay all invoices in a timely manner.
     

7. User Conduct and Responsibilities

  • Users agree to use the Website and services for lawful purposes only.

  • Users shall not engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the Website or services.

  • Users shall not use the Website or services to transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.  
     

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Vida Design Co. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.  

  • Clients retain ownership of any materials they provide.

  • Vida Design Co. retains ownership of all work product, until final payment is recieved, and then the client owns the final work product.
     

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

  • Vida Design Co. makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content on the Website.

  • Vida Design Co. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Website or services.  

  • Vida Design Co. is not responsible for errors or omissions.
     

10. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice.

  • Vida Design Co. reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
     

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or the services provided shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

  • If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Wisconsin.

  • The laws of the State of Wisconsin shall govern these Terms & Conditions.
     

12. Third-Party Links

  • The Website may contain links to third-party websites. Vida Design Co. is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these websites.
     

13. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • Vida Design Co. reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Changes will be posted on the Website.

  • Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
     

14. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the User and Vida Design Co.
